If you’ve ever misplaced an important item… forgotten an address or phone number… or lost your thought in mid-sentence—you know how frustrating everyday forgetfulness can be! But you’re definitely not the only one to experience it…

A whopping 76 percent of Americans suffer from memory problems. In fact, some folks start to experience serious forgetfulness by age 30!

But new research holds out hope for treating your aging brain. Scientists recently studied a possible link between diabetes treatments and a decrease in developing brain plaques that contribute to Alzheimer’s disease!

According to a Reuter’s Health report, several studies show Type 2 diabetes as a risk factor for developing Alzheimer’s disease. A postmortem study found that Alzheimer’s patients with diabetes—compared to other diabetics or those without diabetes—had lower densities of brain plaque when treated with insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs!

The study was conducted by M.S. Beeri of Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and colleagues. The researchers analyzed neural plaques in brain specimens from Alzheimer’s disease patients. The research focused on 124 people with diabetes and 124 without diabetes.

The group of diabetic patients consisted of: a) 29 patients who had never taken diabetes drugs, b) 49 who had received insulin only, c) 28 treated with something other than insulin, and d) 18 treated with both insulin and oral anti-diabetic medications.

The researchers found that the combined medication group had fewer neural plaques than all other groups! They concluded that insulin pathways could be an important factor in the formation of brain plaques that can lead to Alzheimer’s disease.

If you’re concerned about protecting your brain from “rust” and corrosion—you’ll be glad to know there’s an all-natural brain food that can help give you laser sharp focus!

More than 60 human studies and more than 2,800 scientific papers confirm a remarkable nutrient effectively boosts brain power and slows memory loss.

This brain-saving nutrient is called phosphatidylserine—or PS for short. PS is found in all of your body cells and makes up about 70 percent of your cell membranes.

So don’t worry—natural deterioration doesn’t mean you’re powerless to prevent brain fog from clouding YOUR memory. PS can help you restore brain power—and RESURRECT dead brain cells!
