Fast Fact: Soybeans… Great Source of Protein

A great source of lean protein is soybeans. Natural sources can be found in soymilk, edamame—or baby soybean pods—and organic tofu. Another popular soy product is tempeh, or fermented soybeans prepared in a cake form. Tempeh can be a great substitute in meat dishes because of its firm texture and strong flavor.
